Edison Opto from New Taipei, Taiwan, was founded in 2001. The company’s mission is to provide with customers the complete LED lighting product line, which ranges from components, AC/DC modules, light strips, street/outdoor lighting, horticulture lighting and automotive lighting. It established the integrated lighting design manufacturing service, LDMS(), to help customers manage every issue while designing LED lighting products.

Edison Opto’s research and development strength are well recognized by Taiwanese government. In 2005, we acquired the R&D plan of 100W high power LED. And we launched the 100W EdiStar which is over 6000lm in December 2006, creating a milestone for Taiwanese LED technology. In addition, Edison Opto has invested large amounts of funds and human resources in researching and developing the latest high-power LED technology.
