Acoustic Lighting
Acoustic lighting is designed for spaces where environmental satisfaction matters. Both the luminous and acoustic characteristics of a space can influence the behavior, perception, wellbeing, psychology, and task performance of building occupants. Acoustic lighting goes beyond the need for luminous quality and extend into a world of sound control. The objective of all acoustic lighting is to create a living or working environment that addresses visual needs of building occupants is comfortable and free from distraction due to unwanted background noise. The sound absorbing function to block or attenuate excessive noise and reverberation has been integrated in the lighting fixture to offer not only optimal visual conditions and acoustic properties, but also to underline the desired character of the built environment or to make a significant design statement.
