Diomede intends to bring light to people. It is the meeting place between individual desires and collective environments, created to illuminate, reshape and rethink spaces through lit routes: the operating system where glimpse and space merge to light up in a single value.
External Use Program is the realization of this idea: the outdoor lighting engineering solutions that convert into light the bond between space and individual. It is created to burst architecture through a flexible game of lighting volumes, aimed at satisfying everyone’s needs and structured to create emotions whilst remaining faithful to its roots. Only by reconsidering the whole of our living spaces, can we go back to understand our place in the world.
We have always existed in a space, and this space has always been illuminated somehow: as light cannot exist without a space to bring light to, so there cannot be a space without a light that illuminates it. Light is the place we have always been in, and it is the place where we are now. Let us live together.
