Developing innovative LED lighting solutions for healthy plant growth has been our motivation for 20 years. In the beginning, working with customized LED light spectra was pioneering work. Today, our customers worldwide benefit from the many years of experience of the founders and their team.

In 2018, David Schmidmayr finally founded together with Dr. Christian Hochfilzer founded SANlight Solution GmbH as a JV with the LED pioneer LUMITECH Lighting Solution based in Jennersdorf, Austria, in order to make their expertise available as a lighting solution provider in professional horticulture.

In 2021, SANlight Solution was renamed SANSOL GmbH. In this way, the focus on integral solution competence around the heart of light comes into its own and a clear differentiation from the activities of Sanlight GmbH, which specializes in home applications, is created.

After 20 years, it is more time than ever to consistently offer holistic growth solutions from the heart of Europe. Solutions that guarantee healthy growth for your plants and therefore for your company. In order to ensure this also in the future, SANSOL conducts applied horticultural research in controlled cultivation in the Research Center under the direction of David Schmidmayr.

Sustainability with the highest quality is our highest goal. In order to maintain this standard, we develop our products 100% in Austria and have them manufactured 100% in EUROPE by our partner LUMITECH Lighting Solution.
