LED iBond A/S delivers innovative lighting solutions based on our patented LED technology. We create new ways of connecting data with light and develop innovative lighting solutions. We strive towards improving human health and quality of life for all.
In contrast to conventional LED lighting companies, who utilize a PCB, heatsink, housing and driver in conjunction with their LED’s, we invented and patented a “sandwich” system. Our system, in which the LED is placed between two Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP’s), has enabled us to create LED lighting in panels that are only 6mm thick.
Since LED iBond products are not bound by conventional circuit boards, we can create a much smaller, lighter and more efficient package – our LED elements are designed to fit right into the ACP, keeping the overall thickness at 6mm. It also creates a much simpler, and more reliable package.
LED iBond’s technology enables profitable large-scale vertical farming, one of the sustainable farming methods used to feed the world of tomorrow.
LED iBond’s technology is key to human health and safety by improvement of the indoor climate and by disinfection, minimizing the spread of contagious diseases e.g. virus.

One of LED iBond´s main focus areas is creating smart buildings. A smart building is any type of building that makes use of automation to control the operations of the building such as ventilation, lighting, heating, air conditioning, security, and much more; including connected lighting systems (CLS).
Vertical cultivations are indoor cultivations in which the plants are stacked on top of one another. To succeed, vertical farmers must secure a long service life of LEDs, appropriate ventilation, limited heat, and directed and controlled light on the plants, in order to reduce manual labour and minimize power consumption.
Ultraviolet (UV) light eliminates bacteria and viruses. With new UV LEDs, LED iBond’s technology can be used for purifying air and water. The innovators at LED iBond lead the industry in the development of miniaturized, handheld equipment for efficiently disinfecting surfaces and components with UV light sterilization.
