Our mission is to design the best products possible through scientific research, human centric design, and innovation to lead the lighting industry and bring a higher level of performance, control, and efficiency to the lighting market.

We make solution focused high performance lighting. Our products help lighting designers, architects, specifiers, interior designers, contractors, electricians, facility managers, and end users meet the specific performance, output, and spatial requirements of their projects. We are driven by a desire to create and develop LED lighting products that exceed expectations.

The XICO® technology edge begins with what we call we call SmartBeam®, a platform of innovations from Fusion Optix. These innovations cover LED engine design, unique edge-lit and backlit optical components and innovations in optical systems design.

Our BIOS SkyBlue™ LED Circadian Lighting Solutions promote health and wellness using brilliant, high-quality architectural white light. BIOS SkyBlue is the first circadian light to align with the key blue-sky signals (490nm) our minds and bodies need to encourage daytime alertness and promote a better night’s sleep.
