RIGID Industries, LLC is an aftermarket automotive lighting company focused on manufacturing LED products for off-road, powersports, marine, agriculture, military and OEM markets. We're the leader in high-performance LED lighting for off-road pick-up trucks, SUVs and off-road vehicles. The company was formed in 2004 and has facilities in Mesa and Gilbert, Arizona. The technology utilizes patented hybrid optical reflectors that project light further than the standard TIR reflector.

In 2006, Rigid Industries LED Lighting introduced the E-Series LED Light Bar, the first of its kind in the LED lighting industry. Since then, RIGID has led the forward projecting LED lighting industry in innovation, light output and efficiency. Up until that time, the industry had focused on traditional incandescent light for racing and recreational applications, but the advanced LED lighting technology, combined with the patented Hybrid, Specter, and Hyperspot optics that offered more lighting at a fraction of the power consumption quickly revolutionized lighting in the off-road industry. Our patented optic systems effectively control the beam of light emitted by the LED, which translates to more light where you want it with very little wasted spill light.

Since the introduction of our first product, our design and engineering teams are constantly developing new and innovative quality products using the latest in LED technology. While RIGID started as an off-road lighting company, we quickly realized that our advanced lighting technologies could be applied to many other industries. RIGID currently produces lighting for the automotive, power sports, agriculture, marine, mining/construction, military, police and fire rescue industries, just to name a few. We take pride in the fact that our LED lighting products are designed, engineered, and assembled in the USA. This not only builds our local economy, but it also allows RIGID to maintain the high level of quality that you’ve come to expect from RIGID products. This level of refinement and quality control is what separates RIGID from the rest. In 2015 RIGID announced its acquisition by Truck-Lite®. Together, RIGID and Truck-Lite now offer the complete package of DOT, off-road and accessory LED lighting for not only on and off-road markets, but for markets from around the world in a wide variety of heavy-duty and commercial vehicle categories. RIGID and Truck-Lite take pride in the fact that our products are designed, engineered and assembled in the USA, employing over 2,400 people and counting. RIGID products are proudly designed, engineered, assembled and tested in our ISO 9001:2008 facility in the United States. Currently, we have three locations in the greater Phoenix Metro area with a combination of 74,000 square feet. Our highly skilled and motivated workforce takes pride in the fact that RIGID LED lighting products are built in the USA. This not only helps build our local economy, but allows us to remain hands-on, ensuring you will continue to receive the highest level of quality that you’ve come to expect from RIGID.
