Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC was established as a joint venture by US-based Chicago Miniature Lighting and Chongqing-based Boao Industrial Group in 2011. Rebo became a wholly-owned automotive lighting division under the Boao Group and acquired Federal Mogul’s US lighting business unit in 2017. That same year, Rebo also acquired FER, Truck-Lite’s automotive lighting division in Germany, becoming a global lighting supplier to major OEM customers on three continents.

Rebo is a global part supplier leading in development and manufacturing of small vehicle lighting. This is accomplished by providing excellent products and services to our customers. Rebo engineers and manufactures LED interior and exterior lighting products including:

Rebo’s North American Technical Center is in Ann Arbor, Michigan, supporting both local and Global OEM and Tier 1 customers, as well as a manufacturing facility in Sparta, Tennessee. Our products are designed in Michigan, made in Tennessee and exported to anywhere in the world.
