The company was founded in 1995 with a registered capital of RMB 301.66 million and moved from Wenzhou to Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province in 2010. It has a modern factory building of nearly 100,000 square meters, more than 500 employees, including more than 90 technicians, and annual sales of more than 500 million yuan.
Since its establishment, the company has a number of products and technologies that have obtained nearly 100 national invention patents and utility model patent certificates, participated in the formulation of more than 20 national and industry standards, and was awarded a national "high-tech enterprise" in 2014.
