The Glamox O21-W is a robust, vandal-resistant LED wall luminaire specifically designed for residential and commercial building exteriors. Ideal for entrances, pathways, and building perimeters, it combines a solid construction with smart technology to enhance security, provide effective illumination, and reduce light pollution. Its design supports both aesthetic integration and long-term durability, making it a reliable choice for high-traffic and exposed outdoor areas.
Constructed with a die-cast aluminium housing and an impact-resistant clear polycarbonate diffuser, the O21-W is engineered to withstand harsh conditions. The housing is finished with polyester powder paint and meets the C4 corrosion class standard, available in a sleek black finish (RAL 9005). The luminaire includes a mounting plate for easy wall installation and features a secure, knife-style quick-connection block between the mounting plate and main body.
Offering a wide range of lumen outputs from 1100 to 3900 lumens, the O21-W supports color temperatures of 3000 K or 4000 K and provides a high color rendering index (CRI Ra 80) with MacAdams 3 consistency. Two optical configurations are available: an extreme wide beam asymmetric (XWBA) for low-mounting applications and a wide beam asymmetric (WBA) for higher mounting scenarios, allowing flexibility in placement and coverage.
The driver options include both fixed output and DALI dimmable versions, supporting advanced lighting control. The O21-W can also be supplied with integrated emergency lighting systems, offering standard (E3/S), self-test (E3/ST), DALI addressable (E3/DALI), or wireless emergency (E3/WR-D) configurations.
A variety of integrated sensor options enhances energy efficiency and smart functionality. The STAB-SEN sensor provides automatic on/off switching at dawn and dusk (set to 70 lux). The SMTC-SEN combines microwave presence detection and daylight sensing, dimming the light to 10% after five minutes of no motion detection. For networked control and monitoring, the CHW-SEN uses Glamox Radio Wireless technology with PIR functionality.
Electrical connection is facilitated via a 5-pole push-in terminal block (2x2.5 mm²), prepared for through wiring. For outdoor installations, suitable round flexible cables must be used to maintain the water-tight seal of the membrane gland.
