Utilizing modern LED light sources, the GIM RT (CM) 600 provides energy-efficient, long-lasting illumination suitable for various shipboard interior applications.
Constructed from durable Aluzinc sheet steel, the housing is finished in a white epoxy powder coating (RAL 9016), offering both corrosion resistance and a clean, modern look. The unit is rated IP44, ensuring protection against solid objects larger than 1 mm and splashing water, which is suitable for use in most protected interior zones.
The electrical design includes flexible wiring rated to withstand heat up to 105°C, and supports through wiring up to 15 amps. Dimmable driver options are available for applications requiring adjustable light levels. Additionally, optional battery backup systems provide emergency lighting for either 90 minutes or 3 hours, with other configurations available upon request. After a full discharge, the battery requires 24 hours to fully recharge.
Cable entry is accommodated with two ½" knockouts on each end of the fixture, with alternative configurations available based on installation requirements.
