The luminaire allows individual control over light intensity with integrated infrared (IR) switches. With just a light touch, users can adjust the direct and indirect light separately to suit personal preferences. A short tap on either switch turns the respective light on or off, enabling intuitive and accessible control.
Designed for pendant mounting, each luminaire comes with a suspension cable and two wires, along with a built-in balancing mechanism for easy height adjustment. The suspension system is optimized to fit a 600 mm modular ceiling, ensuring streamlined installation in standard office layouts. Motus Line provides standard light output options of 4000 or 6000 lumens, supporting ambient and task lighting needs effectively.
Constructed from an extruded aluminum profile, the luminaire is available in two standard finishes—white and black—as well as the Luxo Colour Concept for tailored aesthetic integration. The optical system incorporates cutting-edge, edge-lit, five-layer microprismatic (MP) technology. This advanced configuration includes a 2 mm PMMA microprism sheet, diffusing foil, LGP panel, reflective foil, and tightening foam, delivering premium light quality with minimal glare.
Standard light distribution is set at 40% upward and 60% downward, with a 50/50 distribution available upon request. The LED light source options include 830 and 840 color temperatures with MacAdams 3 step consistency, and CRI 90 is available on request for high color fidelity environments. Motus Line also supports long-term use, with a rated lifetime of 100,000 hours at L80B50.
The luminaire can be supplied with various drivers, including DALI, DALI-CLO, and wireless dimming (WD) options. Integrated sensor compatibility includes the MPW-SEN, making Motus Line well-suited for open-plan or grouped office settings where occupancy and daylight responsiveness are critical.
