MIKO GRANDE is a stylish and durable post-top luminaire designed for lighting parks, pedestrian pathways, and similar outdoor environments. Ideal for mounting heights between 3 and 6 metres, it combines visual appeal with high performance, offering reliable and efficient illumination. With its robust die-cast aluminium construction and high-quality finishes, MIKO GRANDE is engineered to withstand outdoor conditions while complementing modern landscape architecture.
The luminaire housing is made from die-cast aluminium and finished with a double-layer polyester powder coating for added durability. Colour options include black (RAL 9005), anthracite (similar to RAL 7024), and aluminium grey (RAL 9006). The optical assembly is protected by a tempered safety glass cover, available in either a clear (CL) or opal (OP) finish, with silicone gaskets and stainless steel screws ensuring long-term resistance to environmental stress.
MIKO GRANDE is available with both fixed output (HF) and DALI dimmable (10–100%) drivers, giving users flexibility in control and energy efficiency. It features built-in surge protection up to 6 kV, ensuring reliable operation in outdoor electrical environments. For enhanced lighting management, the luminaire can be supplied with the Glamox NightDim system and is compatible with Zhaga sockets, enabling integration with sensor or communication units for smart city applications.
Two optical distributions are available: a wide beam optic (WBA) for street and pathway coverage, and a medium beam (MB) for more focused lighting scenarios. Installation is designed for poles with top diameters of 60 or 76 mm and can also be wall-mounted using a dedicated bracket, which is sold separately. The wind-exposed surface area of the luminaire is 0.04 m², making it suitable for stable outdoor mounting in various environments.
The LED light source delivers between 3200 and 5900 lumens with a colour temperature of either 3000 K or 4000 K, maintaining colour consistency within 3 MacAdams steps and a CRI of Ra 80. MIKO GRANDE is supplied with a 6-metre pre-assembled rubber cable for easy installation. Additional accessories, such as seal rings and wall brackets, are available to support different mounting and sealing requirements.
