The ELV luminaire captivates with a mirror-like surface that evokes the fluid beauty of running water, reflecting its environment with a mesmerizing, ever-changing character. When switched off, the dark specular glass shade appears solid and reflective, blending seamlessly into the room. However, once illuminated, the hidden inner diffuser comes to life, softly glowing and revealing the luminaire’s surprising depth and elegance.
Crafted using traditional glass blowing techniques, each ELV shade is subtly unique, with small variations that enhance its artisanal quality. Within the glass shade sits a cone-shaped diffuser that provides a soft, pleasant illumination. This balance between artistic craftsmanship and technical functionality makes ELV not only a decorative centerpiece but also a professional-grade luminaire suitable for demanding architectural and interior design projects.
The ELV luminaire includes a DALI driver with switch/dim functionality, allowing dimming via a standard push-to-make switch. The driver is conveniently mounted in the ceiling cup, which also houses a 5-pole, 2x2.5 mm² push-in terminal block for mains connection and another terminal block connecting the driver to the LED module.
It comes with a 2- or 5-metre suspension wire and halogen/PVC-free textile cable, available in black or white. The light source delivers between 700 and 1400 lumens, with color temperature options of 2700 K, 3000 K, or 4000 K, and CRI Ra 80 as standard (Ra 90 available upon request). A tuneable white option ranging from 2700 to 6500 K is also offered for projects requiring adaptive lighting.
