It can detect buoy reflections up to 1 nautical mile, providing reliable illumination where it matters most.
Built with a compact and sealed RLX design, the BLX D G2 Bowlight is highly resistant to shock and vibrations, making it suitable for demanding conditions. It is available in both 24V DC and 100-277V AC versions, the latter using an external power supply unit. The internal electronics are fully encapsulated to protect against environmental factors, ensuring the light is maintenance-free and ready to deliver instant illumination when needed.
This bowlight produces an initial luminous flux of 48,800 lumens, split between two beams: an 8° spot and a 45×12° or dual 8° spot beams. The power consumption is rated at 500 watts, with a light color temperature adjustable between 5,000 and 8,000 Kelvin to suit various operational needs. The light offers a minimum Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 70, ensuring clear and natural color perception.
Designed for durability and ease of maintenance, the BLX D G2 Bowlight features an easy-clean design and operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of –40°C to +55°C. Its ingress protection rating of IP66/IP67 guarantees robust resistance against water and dust ingress, further emphasizing its suitability for challenging maritime environments. The luminous intensity ranges with candela values of 645' and 95', providing powerful, focused illumination for safe night navigation.
