The Hi-Max is a high-performance, die-cast aluminium high-bay LED luminaire engineered for large open spaces and industrial environments such as warehouses, production halls, and logistics centers. Designed for mounting heights of up to 15 meters, it delivers reliable operation across a broad temperature range from -25°C to +35°C, making it well-suited for both standard and demanding indoor applications.
This luminaire offers powerful illumination with an output range between 14,000 and 50,000 lumens. It maintains excellent color quality with a 4000 K color temperature, a CRI of Ra 80, and consistent performance with MacAdams 3-step color uniformity. The long-lasting LED light engine is rated for up to 60,000 hours at L90, ensuring sustained brightness and minimal maintenance over time.
To provide precise light distribution, the Hi-Max is available with two optical options: a medium beam (MB) for general illumination and an elliptical beam (ELB) for aisle lighting or targeted applications. The optic options ensure flexibility in addressing various high-bay lighting needs.
Smart functionality is integrated into the design, with optional wireless radio sensors (868 MHz) for presence detection. The CHW-SEN sensor covers mounting heights up to 12 meters, while the CHW-SEN-15 variant extends detection to 15 meters. These sensors can be paired with wireless DALI dimming for energy savings and intelligent control.
The Hi-Max supports multiple dimming protocols, including standard DALI (1–100%) and wireless DALI-WR (1–100%), with a control gear lifetime rated up to 100,000 hours. Emergency lighting options are available as well, with configurations including standard 3-hour emergency, self-test (ST), wireless self-test (ST-W), and DALI-addressable emergency (DALI).
Constructed from robust die-cast aluminium with an epoxy/polyester powder-coated finish in RAL 9010 white, the Hi-Max also offers ingress protection options of IP20 or IP65. The IP65 variant features a gasket-sealed gear cover and an impact-resistant clear polycarbonate front lens for enhanced durability in dusty or damp conditions.
Installation is straightforward, with optional mounting brackets and suspension accessories available to accommodate various ceiling configurations. Electrical connections are provided via push-in terminals, supporting both DALI and wireless systems, with different configurations based on the control system used.
