To enhance its appearance, the A70-S offers a range of decorative trim rings that can be magnetically attached to the luminaire. The luminaire supports various mounting configurations. It can be surface mounted on walls or ceilings, and also recessed using an optional recessing kit. For installations in soft ceilings, a weight distribution plate is available to ensure stability. When recessed mounting is required, specific "-R" versions of the decorative rings are designed to suit.
Equipped with high-performance LED technology, the Glamox A70-S provides luminous output ranging from 900 to 3500 lumens, with color temperature options of 3000 K or 4000 K. It delivers consistent light quality with a CRI of Ra 80 and MacAdams 3 color consistency. Users can choose between fixed output drivers (HF) and DALI dimmable drivers, offering smooth dimming down to 1%. The drivers boast a long operational life of up to 100,000 hours at 25°C with minimal failure rates.
For added functionality, the A70-S410 model can be equipped with an emergency lighting system, enhancing safety in critical environments. The luminaire also supports intelligent lighting control through integrated microwave sensors. The SMR-SEN sensor provides basic ON/OFF switching based on motion, while the SMC-SEN sensor enables a Corridor function with gradual light level adjustment. These options allow for enhanced energy efficiency and user comfort in frequently occupied spaces.
The luminaire comes prepared for through-wiring with a 5-pole push-in terminal block, simplifying installation in continuous runs or multi-fixture layouts.
