The luminaire features a heatsink and top made from epoxy/polyester powder-coated die-cast aluminum, formulated with low iron and copper content for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The cover is made from injection-molded PC/ABS, while the reflectors are available in medium beam (MB) and narrow beam (NB) versions, crafted from metallized polycarbonate to optimize light distribution. The front covers come standard in clear polycarbonate, with an optional opal polycarbonate (OP/PC) cover for diffused light. The i82-P is offered in three standard colors: grey (RAL 9006), black (RAL 9005), and white (RAL 9016), allowing for aesthetic flexibility in different industrial settings.
For mounting, the i82-P comes with an eyebolt for pendant suspension, and a ceiling bracket is available separately for surface mounting. Installation is supported by a range of accessories including a 4-meter suspension wire, safety wire bracket, height adjuster for the wire, suspension for horizontal wires, and an inrush current limiter to protect electrical components. The luminaire is supplied with a pre-assembled 4-meter halogen-free rubber cable without a plug, with other connection options available upon request.
The lighting system features LED sources capable of producing between 18,000 and 30,000 lumens with a color temperature of 4000 K, a color rendering index (CRI) of Ra 80, and a MacAdam ellipse of 3 for consistent and natural color representation. A warmer 3000 K option is available upon request. The i82-P offers both fixed output (HF) and DALI dimmable drivers, with a driver lifespan rated up to 120,000 hours at 25°C ambient temperature and a maximum failure rate of 10%.
Additional features include integrated PIR sensors compatible with the Glamox wireless system for central monitoring and wireless communication, enhancing energy efficiency and operational control.
