Constructed with a robust steel body, the A40-W features a diffuser made from triple extruded acrylic for durability and light quality. The end caps are crafted from synthetic materials in either white or metallized finishes, providing a sleek, cohesive appearance. The luminaire supports fixed output (HF) or DALI dimmable drivers, with smooth dimming performance ranging from 100% to 1%. The light source delivers between 1000 and 2800 lumens, with color temperatures of 3000 K or 4000 K, a color rendering index of Ra 80, and MacAdams 3 consistency for reliable visual performance.
Connection is facilitated through a 3/5 pole push-in terminal block, ready for through wiring. Two grommets (ø19 mm) are placed on the back, and surface-mounted cables can be routed to the luminaire from any direction, offering convenience during installation. For enhanced energy efficiency and automation, the A40-W is available with integrated microwave sensors: the SMRB-SEN version features a relay-based ON/OFF function, while the SMCB-SEN version includes corridor functionality. These smart lighting features help reduce energy consumption and support safe navigation in low-light conditions.
