The Deveo Fit LED is a robust and versatile surface-mounted luminaire engineered for use in damp rooms and canopied outdoor areas. It is particularly well-suited for environments with elevated hygiene requirements or challenging conditions, including those found in food processing, HACCP, IFS, or BRC Global Standard-certified facilities. The luminaire features a single-part extruded housing made of impact-resistant, UV-stable polycarbonate, with gas-proof PMMA variants available for areas exposed to atmospheres containing ammonia or sulphur compounds. Its high durability is reinforced by an IK10 impact resistance rating and IP66 ingress protection, ensuring dependable performance in demanding environments.
Designed with flexibility and ease of use in mind, the Deveo Fit LED supports fast installation and effortless replacement of many conventional weatherproof luminaires. This is made possible through slidable mounting clips, a user-friendly bayonet-style rapid connection system, and integrated 5 x 1.5 mm² through-wiring. Multiple mounting options—ceiling, wall (both horizontal and vertical), or suspended—allow for wide application coverage. Theft protection accessories (ZBATL) can be added for security in exposed installations, and all required clips and brackets are included in the package.
With a fixed neutral white light color (4000 K), the luminaire offers a Lambertian light distribution via its opal PC diffuser, delivering pleasantly diffuse and uniform illumination. It achieves a luminous flux of up to 6,400 lumens from a 51 W connected load, providing a luminous efficacy of 125 lm/W. Color rendering is maintained at CRI > 80, with tight color consistency of ≤ 3 SDCM. The LED system is optimized for longevity, offering a rated service life of 50,000 hours (L80 at 25 °C), and is paired with a digitally dimmable (DALI-2 compliant) electronic control gear.
The light grey luminaire body (RAL7035) measures 1541 mm in length and 76 mm in width, with a height of 67 mm. With a weight of only 2.0 kg and compatibility with both AC and 230V DC operation, it provides installation flexibility across different building infrastructures. Its hot wire resistance of 850 °C adds an additional layer of safety, qualifying it for use in fire-hazardous areas according to DIN EN 60598-2-24.
