The product supports a wide operating temperature range from -20°C to +50°C and offers lumen outputs ranging from 12,000 to 70,000 lumens. It also features three different optic options—Elliptical Beam (ELB), Medium Beam (MB), and Wide Beam (WB)—to suit various lighting needs. Additionally, the i65 can be integrated with Glamox Wireless radio technology for enhanced control, energy savings, and centralized emergency monitoring.
Constructed with a housing made of diecast aluminium, the i65 is painted matte black to the C4 corrosion protection class and includes a black thermoplastic front cover plate for durability and longevity. The lighting system is powered by LED sources producing between 12,000 and 70,000 lumens with a standard color temperature of 4000 K, a CRI of 80, and MacAdam ellipse 3 for consistent color quality. An LED lifetime of 100,000 hours at L80 is standard, with CRI 90 options available upon request to meet higher color rendering needs.
The i65 features advanced driver options, including DALI dimmable drivers capable of 1-100% dimming and wireless dimmable drivers (WR-D) offering the same range. Both control gears are rated for a nominal lifetime of 100,000 hours. Electrical connections are made via an M20 cable gland entry, positioned at one end for straightforward connection to an internal termination block.
For enhanced functionality, integrated sensors are available as optional features. These include Wireless Radio sensors operating at 868 MHz, with types designed for mounting heights of up to 12 meters (CHW-SEN), 16 meters (CHW16-SEN), and 20 meters (CHW20-SEN). The SPD20-SEN is offered as a standalone dimmable programmable sensor suitable for installations up to 20 meters. The emergency lighting options include 1 or 3-hour duration systems, available in standard (/S), self-test (/ST), DALI (/DALI), or wireless radio (/WR) configurations.
The i65 offers three optic choices tailored to different industrial lighting requirements: Elliptical Beam (ELB) for rack aisles, Medium Beam (MB), and Wide Beam (WB). For mounting flexibility, a variety of accessories are available separately, including surface mounts, pendant wire kits, and trunking or cable tray mounts, ensuring easy integration into any industrial setting.
