The DALI System Sensor Gen2 from Glamox is a versatile and intelligent lighting control solution built around the DALI protocol. This second-generation system features a master sensor equipped with an integrated DALI power supply and the ability to manage up to three individual lighting zones. Utilizing standard DALI commands, the system ensures full compatibility with any DALI-approved luminaire, offering flexibility across various lighting installations.
Two sensor variants are available to suit different spatial needs—one designed for long, narrow environments such as corridors, and another optimized for large, open areas with circular detection coverage. A version with a 5-pole Wago Winsta quick connector is also available for simplified installation.
Each master sensor integrates both a PIR presence sensor and an ambient light sensor, enabling Constant Light System (CLS) functionality for optimal energy efficiency and comfort. For broader coverage, additional slave sensors can be added to the network. These slave units include only the PIR presence function and work seamlessly as part of the overall system.
Commissioning the system is quick and user-friendly, achievable through either a remote control or a dedicated app. To simplify setup further, Glamox provides pre-configured templates tailored for common application scenarios. Simply select the relevant template, and the system will automatically apply optimal settings for your environment.
