The L-1 LED version includes an energy-saving timer that automatically shuts off the light after either 4 or 9 hours. Its optical design offers symmetric light output, enhanced by an inner shade painted white to maximize efficiency. The LED model features an opalic diffuser, which softens the light and reduces glare, providing a comfortable illumination experience. The arm technology consists of a 100 cm long, three-pivot arm that is parallel and spring-balanced, allowing versatile positioning with up-and-down as well as rotational head movement. While the head can tilt upward to increase flexibility, this may cause unwanted glare. For the L-1 LED Wall version, a shorter 20 cm arm is used, and it includes a standard wall bracket.
In terms of electrical specifications, the L-1 LED uses a plug-in 20V power supply and comes equipped with one TC-HSE 11 W light source. It is certified to handle a maximum of 20W CFL bulbs. The LED emits 700 lumens with a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 3000 K and a high color rendition index (CRI) of 90, ensuring warm, natural light that accurately renders colors. The body is constructed from a steel arm combined with an aluminum shade and is available in three colors: white, black, or aluminum grey. The wall-mounted LED version is only available in white or black.
