Its IP65 rating ensures it withstands dust, moisture, and harsh conditions, while operating reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +60°C.
Capable of producing between 30,000 and 60,000 lumens, the i90-P offers powerful illumination with a color temperature of 4000K, a color rendering index (CRI) of 80, and color consistency within a 3-step MacAdams ellipse. A 3000K version is also available upon request, providing additional flexibility for specific lighting environments or regulations.
The robust housing of the i90-P is constructed from acid-proof steel and die-cast aluminum with low iron and copper content, finished with a black epoxy/polyester powder coating. Integrated cooling ribs in black anodized extruded aluminum enhance thermal management, ensuring extended performance and fixture longevity. All gaskets are silicone-free, and screws are made from acid-proof stainless steel to further enhance durability and corrosion resistance.
This luminaire supports a range of optical configurations, including wide beam (WB), medium beam (MB), narrow beam (NB), and extreme narrow beam (XNB) reflectors made of anodized aluminum. The front lens is available in either heat soak tested tempered glass with high light transmission or in impact-resistant clear acrylic (CL). The specially coated, extra-white lens materials are designed to optimize efficiency and light distribution.
Mounting options include standard pendant installation using the pre-installed eyebolt. A surface ceiling bracket and additional mounting accessories such as a four-meter suspension wire, horizontal wire suspension system, and external wireless sensor box can be supplied upon request. The suspension wire can also serve as a secondary safety feature.
The i90-P comes pre-wired with a four-meter rubber cable for quick installation, though it does not include a plug by default. Optional connections can be accommodated depending on project needs. Lighting control is supported through both fixed output (HF) and DALI dimmable drivers, offering dimming from 8% to 100%. The driver is built to last, with a service life of up to 120,000 hours at a maximum of 10% failure rate when operating at 25°C.
