The D70-RQ150 G2 is a modern downlight designed to deliver ideal accent or general lighting across a variety of applications. Its lightweight design allows for easy installation using only two screws and quick connectors for mains cabling. The luminaire offers four reflector options and two trim types, making it adaptable to interiors such as offices, healthcare facilities, schools, retail spaces, and more. As part of the larger D70 G2 family, it provides consistent aesthetics throughout any project.
This downlight features LED outputs ranging from 800 to 3500 lumens, with color temperatures of 3000K or 4000K, a CRI of Ra 80, and MacAdam ellipse 3 for consistent color quality. Tunable white (CCT) options are also available. It comes equipped with HF (on/off) and DALI (dimmable) drivers, both designed for a lifetime of up to 100,000 hours at 25°C with a maximum failure rate of 10%.
Optically, the D70-RQ150 G2 uses lens optics positioned in front of the LED light source. The reflector is available in several finishes, including Silver Matte, Silver, White Matte, and Black Matte, either treated or painted to meet various lighting needs. The luminaire carries an IP54 rating from underneath and IP20 from above, ensuring protection in typical indoor environments.
For enhanced functionality, this model can be fitted with standard or wireless sensors. Microwave sensors are discreetly installed above the ceiling within the driver box, while PIR sensors can be mounted on the side of the downlight for presence detection.
The body is constructed from black powder-coated aluminum, paired with a plastic reflector available in different finishes corresponding to the optics options. The trim is made of plastic and comes in either white or black. Installation is facilitated by an external linect (LI) box, which comes standard.
The D70-RQ150 G2 also supports various emergency lighting systems, including Standard, SelfTest, or DALI, with options for 1-hour or 3-hour operation. Additionally, this luminaire can be customized upon request, with modifications available for lumen output, CRI values, trim colors, reflector types, and connection methods—customers are encouraged to contact their local sales representative for special configurations.
