The Glamox S80 is a versatile LED spotlight series designed for DALI track mounting, offering two size options and a compact, modern aesthetic inspired by the design of a motorcycle sidecar. This innovative form factor allows for a unique side-by-side configuration that reduces the spotlight’s footprint while maintaining high performance. With its elegant, minimalist housing and high-efficiency optics, the S80 is ideal for a wide range of indoor applications including entrances, corridors, and accent lighting scenarios in commercial or architectural spaces.
The S80 series is available in two sizes: the MINI model with a diameter of 100 mm and the MIDI model at 120 mm. Both options are offered in matte black or white finishes and are compatible with recessed, surface, or pendant-mounted track systems. The luminaires are mounted to 3-circuit DALI tracks, specifically Glamox Pro Track DALI or Global Trac Pulse, which must be ordered separately.
Each spotlight in the S80 series features an aluminum reflector available in spot, medium, wide, or extreme wide beam angles, providing flexibility for precise light distribution depending on the space and visual needs. The die-cast aluminum housing integrates a passive cooling system, ensuring long-term performance and reliability.
The luminaires are fitted with high-quality LED light sources offering MacAdams 3 color consistency and CRI 90 color rendering, ideal for environments where visual clarity and color accuracy are essential. The MINI version delivers between 2000 and 3000 lumens, while the MIDI version outputs up to 4000 lumens, all rated with a minimum lifespan of 50,000 hours (L80 at max Ta).
All Glamox S80 spotlights come equipped with DALI drivers, supporting 100–1% dimming for fine-tuned lighting control, allowing designers and users to tailor the atmosphere of a space with precision. The S80 combines stylish design, advanced lighting technology, and flexible mounting options, making it a smart choice for contemporary architectural lighting projects.
