These lights offer reliable and efficient illumination with a radical beam pattern that is twice as wide as standard linear lights. This unique beam spread ensures broad coverage, making it easier and safer for crews to navigate and work in these critical areas.
Featuring a compact and “sealed-for-life” design, the RLX B G2 Walkway Lights minimize costly and time-consuming maintenance and installation efforts. They are typically mounted at waist height and aimed downwards, which helps reduce glare and light pollution significantly. This focused lighting design ensures safe walking and working conditions on-site without disturbing the surrounding environment. The lights are versatile and suitable for various settings including wind turbines, gangways, vessels, rigs, and other industrial marine applications.
The RLX B G2 Walkway Light operates on 24VDC and can be supplied with a Junction Box equipped with a Power Supply for VAC installations. One Junction Box can power up to four RLX B G2 Walkway Lights, effectively illuminating approximately 30 meters of walkway. This coverage is significantly greater than commonly used linear lights, which typically cover about four meters per unit.
The light delivers an initial luminous flux of approximately 2,000 lumens, with a beam angle available in Wide Beam Angle (WBA) or Extra Wide Beam Angle (XWBA). It operates reliably across a wide ambient temperature range from -40°C to +55°C. The light color temperature is 5,500K, providing clear and natural illumination, while maintaining a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80. The fixture consumes 26 watts of power, operates at an input voltage of 19 to 32 VDC, and boasts a high ingress protection rating of IP66/67, ensuring robust performance in harsh environmental conditions.
