This design flexibility enables tailored lighting solutions for both decorative and functional applications in exterior and even select interior environments.
Engineered for durability and performance, the luminaire features a die-cast aluminium body that is anodised, primed, and powder-coated for enhanced resilience. It carries an IP65 protection rating for resistance against dust and water jets, along with an IK05 impact resistance classification. The Skeo R LED is rated for ambient temperatures between -20 °C and +25 °C and boasts a mean rated service life of 50,000 hours at L80 (tq 25 °C), ensuring long-term reliability in demanding outdoor conditions.
The optical system incorporates a high-efficiency aluminium reflector and a frosted glass cover, optimizing light distribution while maintaining visual comfort. Light output is fixed at a warm white 3000 K with a color rendering index (CRI) above 70 and a MacAdam tolerance of ≤ 5 SDCM, ensuring consistent color performance. The luminaire delivers up to 3,500 lumens with a power consumption of 38 W and a luminous efficiency of up to 92 lm/W, supported by a power factor above 0.95.
Installation is straightforward using a cast aluminium mounting plate, and the luminaire is supplied with an electronic, switchable control gear unit that is replaceable in compliance with EU ecodesign regulations. It is compatible with 230V DC supply and offers surge protection of 2 kV differential mode and 1 kV common mode. The Skeo R LED meets all applicable EU safety and performance standards and bears the CE mark.
Available in a standard anthracite finish (similar to RAL 703), the luminaire can also be supplied in black, white, or grey textured finishes at no extra cost. Additional custom colors are available on request in accordance with RAL or DB color codes.
