The Glamox i41 is a purpose-built LED luminaire specifically designed for use in the agricultural industry. Engineered to withstand the harsh conditions often found in farming environments, it features LED modules that are resistant to ammonia gas, making it ideal for installations in livestock facilities and other agricultural buildings. Its durable housing is constructed from grey, recyclable glass fibre reinforced polyester, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. The fixture includes stainless steel mounting brackets and diffuser clips, ensuring a robust build that can endure daily exposure to challenging conditions. A frosted acrylic diffuser is incorporated to deliver uniform, glare-free illumination.
Designed with installation flexibility in mind, the i41 can be mounted on ceilings, walls, mounting rails, or horizontal wires. Suspension brackets are included as standard, allowing for quick and secure setup. Suitable for both indoor use and sheltered outdoor applications, this luminaire accommodates a wide range of agricultural lighting needs.
The i41 supports both fixed output (HF) and DALI dimmable drivers with a dimming range of 1–100%. The drivers are engineered for longevity, offering a lifetime of up to 120,000 hours at a maximum 10% failure rate in 25°C ambient temperatures. Additionally, the i41 can be supplied with emergency lighting systems, including Standard, Self-Test, or DALI addressable variants, making it compliant with various safety requirements.
Lighting performance ranges from 4,400 to 7,500 lumens, with color temperature options of 3000K or 4000K. The fixture delivers excellent color rendering with a CRI of Ra 80 and a MacAdam step of 3, ensuring both visual comfort and consistency.
The i41 is also designed for ease of electrical installation. It features one membrane gland at each end for cable diameters between 6 and 13 mm, a 5-pole 2.5 mm² push-in terminal block, and provisions for 5 x 2.5 mm² through wiring.
To support sustainability and compliance, the i41 can be supplied with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), providing transparency on its environmental impact across its lifecycle. This makes the Glamox i41 a durable, efficient, and responsible lighting solution for demanding agricultural environments.
