Quira LED is a powerful and versatile recessed luminaire that delivers both high performance and aesthetic integration for a wide range of retail and commercial applications. Designed with flexibility in mind, Quira LED is available in two compact sizes and features a swiveling mechanism that allows the fixture to remain flush with the ceiling when tilted inwards up to 15°, or to pivot outwards up to 70° for precise vertical illumination. This capability makes it ideal for accentuating product displays at various heights, including high-level decoration and merchandise walls.
A standout feature of Quira LED is its adaptability in terms of light output and color temperature. The fixture is available with standard white light options and can also be equipped with a Tunable White or Active LED module for dynamic control of both intensity and color temperature. This precision allows retailers to tailor the lighting to specific display needs or ambiance goals. The luminaire also offers three specialized light spectra designed for fresh goods areas, enhancing the visual appeal of perishable items. Lumen packages range from 2,000 to 5,000 lm, and the optical system includes five distinct 3-D faceted reflectors to deliver targeted illumination with a Medium Flood distribution.
Installation is streamlined thanks to an innovative folding spring fastening system developed by Oktalite, which enables fast and tool-free ceiling integration. The fixture is secured via spring mounts, with a required ceiling cut-out of 155 mm and a minimum recess depth of 150 mm. It accommodates ceiling thicknesses from 1 to 25 mm. Quira LED is constructed from die-cast aluminum and is available in a jet black finish (RAL 9005). It measures 167 mm in diameter and 132 mm in height, with installation dimensions of Ø155 x 150 mm.
The luminaire’s LED system provides a fixed luminous flux of 4955 lm with a system power of 36 W, yielding an impressive efficacy of 138 lm/W. It delivers neutral white light at 4000 K with a CRI > 80, making it ideal for environments that require high visual clarity and color fidelity. It can also be integrated wirelessly for low-installation upgrades in modernization projects. The electrical connection is made via a pre-installed cable with a Wieland GST 18i3 rapid connector, operating at 230V, 50/60Hz. The luminaire complies with all relevant EU regulations, bears the CE mark, and offers replaceable control gear in accordance with the EU’s ecodesign directive.
With a protection class of II and an IP20 rating, Quira LED is intended for indoor use in controlled environments. It features IK00 impact resistance and a hot wire resistance of 960°C, reflecting its robust design.
