V-LOC was designed from the ground up to become the industry benchmark for delivering precise dimming control, excellent color reproduction and unrivaled versatility. V-LOC Constant Voltage LED Drivers feature the highest performance 0-10V dimming on the market and can be programmed for use with 12V, 24V, 36V & 48V LED strips.

At Hatch we have a long tradition of developing unique and innovative power supply solutions for the lighting industry. In developing V-LOC, we recognized a market need for a programmable constant voltage LED driver that would provide smooth, flicker-free dimming and excellent color quality reproduction with a wide variety of commercially available constant voltage LED loads.

Our unique proprietary dimming technology ensures high quality color reproduction throughout the entire dimming range. 0-10V and TOUCH Dimming are standard on all V-LOC models, providing consistent, flicker free dimming down to 1% and dim-to-off capability. V-LOC key technology enables output voltage programming from 12V to 48V with one driver.

The Foundation Series is Hatch’s new flagship programmable Constant Current LED driver product line. The drivers are programmed by The Foundation Portal, Hatch’s cloud-based LED driver application. It makes programming secure, quick, and simple.

The delivery of computing services over the cloud is revolutionizing business models in countless fields. But in the lighting business, we’ve only begun to appreciate the ways cloud-based applications can advance our industry. Cloud-based programming applications make it quicker and easier to meet customers’ requirements and provide long-lasting, dependable performance after installation.

Cloud-based programming is lightweight and fast. Instead of relying on a dedicated PC on the fixture production line, driver records and programming profiles are available on any device that’s logged into the secure cloud-based programming portal. Programming sessions move quickly and smoothly as production personnel plug-in and program LED drivers with minimal software interaction.

Secure, remote cloud storage and backup makes it easier to adjust to changing client needs over time without fear that returning to initial system specifications will require complicated or time-consuming adjustments. Driver programming profiles and records of previous programming sessions are backed up and saved on the portal, accessible across multiple devices. This way engineers won’t lose time recreating profiles or loading the programming application onto a new machine if a station computer has a hardware problem.

Because the programming software lives on the cloud, there’s no need for downloads or system updates. Engineers can maximize manufacturing uptime because system capabilities are updated and improved automatically.

Accessible via a Chrome browser from Windows-based PCs or Android devices, the Foundation Portal is always current, no software downloads or updates required.

The Portal provides a modern user experience to enable quick settings for output current and dimming parameters. Programming profiles and sessions are backed up and securely stored on the cloud.
