Good news! Explosion-proof light HL101 & HL201 obtained ATEX certification issued by TUV.

In January 18, 2024 - two of our explosion-proof lamps won the ATEX certificate issued by TUV SUD, officially in line with the EU ATEX explosion-proof directive standards! We successfully open the door of the international explosion-proof market, and lay a solid foundation for enhancing product competitiveness.

At the certification ceremony, Mr. Ing. Kristof De Gersem, senior manager of explosion-proof Service Department of TUV Southern Greater China, and Mr. Tom, General manager of we FYTLED, attended and witnessed this moment.

For FYTLED, the ATEX Directive, as a mandatory EU explosion-proof standard, is committed to reducing the risk of explosion in explosive areas and protecting employees and property. As a professional application field of industrial lighting, explosion-proof lamps require higher technology and strict testing.

In collaboration with TUV SUD, the HL101 series has been tested in multiple dimensions for Ex db (Flameproof), Ex eb (enhanced safety), Ex mb (encapsulation) and Ex tb (dustproof) to ensure that each component complies with the stringent standards of the ATEX Directive. Finally successfully obtained ATEX explosion-proof certificate, becoming a symbol of enterprise quality and safety.

HL101 Explosion-proof & Hazardous locations light is a safe and durable explosion-proof star that meets the requirements of explosion-proof gas Zone 1 and dust Zone 21. Multi-angle optical design, suitable for different scenes. High explosion-proof glass with thickness ≥12mm can withstand more than 2 times the impact strength of the national standard. Earthquake and wind resistant, passed 3G vibration test and 17 typhoon wind test.

HL201 portable explosion-proof light adopts intrinsic safety "ia" circuit design, which can be used in high danger environment such as gas 0 zone and dust 20 zone. Strong brightness ≥10h endurance; Low brightness ≥100h endurance. IP66 industrial dust and waterproof grade, meet the requirements of outdoor rainy days.

The successful certification of HL101 and HL201 is another solid step on the road of innovation and a strong proof of the company's continuous pursuit of superior quality and safety. FYT LED purchased TWO LED driver aging cabinets. Together with original eleven cabinets, now we have THIRTEEN drivers cabinets in total, which greatly increase our driver aging efficiency.

The newly driver aging cabinets are fully controlled by computers. They could automatically monitor driver’s parameters like voltage and current. From the monitor, our QC could easily judge whether our driver is in good condition (GREEN) or need to repair in case of under-voltage (ORANGE), under-current (YELLOW), over-voltage (BLUE) or over-current (PURPLE).

Each aging cabinet could load 96 pcs of 100W to 250W drivers or 192 pcs of drivers below 100W. Our drivers will be aging at least 12 hours (6 hours before silicone injection and another 6 hours after injecting silicone) under voltage of 100V, 230V and 270V every 10 to 20 seconds switch. All our drivers requires 100% aging test before application. Our QC will check our aging system every 30 minutes to ensure each of our TOMCARLINE drivers is of trustworthy quality.
