This strategic expansion strengthens and compliments the positions of Fusion Optix® and XICO® Lighting as leaders in the lucrative and rapidly growing LED lighting solutions market. In particular it adds significant engineering and manufacturing capabilities as well as channel and market synergies. LEDdynamics, Inc., founded in 2000, is a pioneer in advanced LED driver and lighting controls technologies and is a trusted supplier to top tier lighting OEMs and product brands. It operates in an ISO and FDA approved facility in Randolph, VT and brings expertise and innovation in intelligent lighting engines, drivers, and LED tape. Prolume is a specialist in high-performance, outdoor and IP-rated lighting with landmark projects including the 9/11 Memorial at Logan Airport and the National Archives in Washington, DC. LEDSupply (

These additions significantly expand Fusion Optix® capabilities and reaffirm our commitment to Made-in-USA, BABAA compliant manufacturing, as well as reduced carbon footprint and sustainable lighting solutions. The deal and its resulting investment will secure approximately 30 jobs in the local Vermont economy and was made possible with support from Blue Highway Capital, Green Mountain Economic Development Corporation and Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA). A massive shout out to these groups and sincere appreciation for the way all parties came together to make the deal happen. It was a true team effort!
