LED Modules and Light Engines

An LED module (or LED array is an assembly of LED packages or LED dies on a printed circuit board (e.g. MCPCB) or a high thermal conductivity dielectric substrate. An LED light engine is an integrated assembly of LED packages or LED modules, driver circuitry and other optical, thermal, mechanical and electrical components.
