The FL25-GEN2-MONO is the latest generation of monochromatic flood and spot luminaires in GVA’s renowned FL product series. Engineered for high-performance architectural lighting applications, it is built on the award-winning COLOR-STREAM® platform, enabling communication speeds up to 16 times faster than traditional DMX. This advanced control system delivers up to 200 frames per second refresh rate and ultra-smooth 12-bit dimming resolution at a flicker-free 40 kHz frequency. The fixture provides exceptional lighting quality and reliability for wall washing, grazing, and spot lighting applications, with the flexibility to support both creative design and demanding installations.
Thanks to GVA’s INFINITY® power and data distribution technology, up to 158 FL25-GEN2-MONO luminaires can be seamlessly combined in a single continuous run. The system supports long cable lengths, with leader and jumper cables reaching up to 100 meters (328 feet), while sealed push-lock connectors facilitate power and data through-wiring for efficient installation. The luminaire is designed for extreme environments, operating reliably in temperatures ranging from –40°C to +50°C (–40°F to 122°F), and includes inherent progressive thermal protection for added durability.
Delivering up to 3,080 lumens, the FL25-GEN2-MONO is available with either 15 or 10 discreet high-power LEDs, depending on the selected beam angle. It supports ultra-narrow optics as tight as 3°, making it ideal for precision architectural applications. The luminaire is offered with CRI options of 80 or 90, delivering excellent color fidelity in monochromatic applications. Despite its compact form factor—measuring just 169 mm x 189 mm x 87 mm (6.7 in x 7.4 in x 3.4 in) and weighing only 3 kg (6.6 lbs)—this fixture provides substantial output and high optical efficiency.
The FL25-GEN2-MONO supports a wide range of input voltages, including INF (380 V DC), ELV (48 V DC), and universal AC options from 120 V to 277 V AC. It is compatible with multiple lighting control protocols, including Art-Net 4, sACN, DMX-512A, and DALI/DALI-2, when used with GVA’s PDC-G5 Power-Data Converter. Rated to L70 B50 at over 115,000 hours of projected life at 25°C (77°F), it is a robust and long-lasting solution for demanding outdoor and indoor applications.
Durability is further reinforced by an IP66 rating for protection against water and dust, compliance with the ANSI C136.31-2018 Vibration Standard for bridge and overpass applications, and a rugged die-cast aluminum housing finished in AAMA 2604-compliant powder coating for superior weather resistance. The FL25-GEN2-MONO is suitable for dry, damp, or wet environments with up to 100% humidity and comes backed by a five-year limited warranty.
