System configurations greater than 12 feet in length are designated with an “S#,” assembled on-site using precision joiners and capped with a maximum 4-foot lens. The satin acrylic lens delivers optimal glare reduction and uniform light distribution, enhancing comfort without compromising brightness.
The luminaire delivers semi-direct light distribution with an output of up to 1000 lumens per foot and efficacy reaching 125 lm/W. Air supports a full spectrum of dimming protocols and smart driver systems, including Lutron Hi-lume 1% EcoSystem with Soft-on, Fade-to-Black, DALI, DMX, and Power over Ethernet (PoE). BIOS DPB drivers are also available for biologically aligned lighting with SkyBlue-enabled spectral control.
Tunable white options are supported through TW drivers, allowing independent control of brightness and correlated color temperature (CCT). Air also accommodates BIOS Static (STC), Dynamic (DYN), and Tunable White (BTW) systems, including full-spectrum control with bio-dimming from 4000K to 2700K. The luminaire offers CCT options of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K with consistent color accuracy maintained within a 3-step MacAdam ellipse. For advanced personalization and wellness-centered applications, the fixture is compatible with BIOS SkyBlue technology and Axitune color systems.
Air is designed to perform reliably in dry and damp indoor environments, with an operating temperature range of 32°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°C). It features excellent thermal management through its aluminum housing, ensuring a minimum LED lifespan of 50,000 hours with 85% lumen maintenance in compliance with IES LM-80 standards.
Additional construction details include diecast zinc interior brackets and lens joiners, along with highly reflective white powder-coated sheet steel reflectors. The integrated satin lens finish enhances visual comfort and contributes to a cohesive, glare-free lighting environment. Air is UL2108 certified for use with integral or remote drivers and supports emergency battery options as well as 120V, 277V, 347V, UNV, or DC input voltages.
