Smart LED Motorcycle Headlight with Adaptive Beam Pattern and High Beam Boost

The Adaptive 2 Series headlights have been enhanced to deliver even greater performance and safety, now featuring adaptive technology in both the low and high beam modes. This advanced lighting system provides ditch-to-ditch illumination, eliminating dark corners during sharp turns while projecting a powerful beam that reaches up to 1,500 feet down the road. The result is a significantly safer and more confident riding experience, especially when mastering winding roads.

At the heart of this innovation is the Model 8695 Adaptive 2 headlight, specifically engineered for Victory® motorcycles. Its custom diamond-shaped design seamlessly integrates with Victory’s unique headlight housings, offering a plug-and-play installation that maintains the bike’s distinct aesthetic. Designed with on-board intelligence, the system uses real-time sensor data to calculate lean angles during cornering and dynamically adjust the beam pattern. As the bike leans into a turn, the headlight automatically fills in dark areas to the left or right, dramatically improving visibility and rider awareness.

Incorporating Dual Burn™ optics, the Adaptive 2 combines high and low beams for enhanced output, while the ComfortLite™ technology provides a broader and more even high beam pattern that reduces rider fatigue during long night rides. The headlight meets DOT compliance standards and is built to withstand demanding riding conditions with its heavy-duty, die-cast aluminum housing and durable polycarbonate lens. Its stylish grey housing and black bezel contribute to a bold, modern look that enhances the overall appearance of the motorcycle.

The Adaptive 2 Series operates within a voltage range of 9–16V DC and includes transient spike protection up to 150V. Power draw varies by mode, consuming 1.9A at 12V DC on low beam and up to 5.5A at full lean with high beam. Raw lumen output reaches 3,520 lumens on high beam and 2,120 lumens on low beam, with effective lumen outputs of 1,600 and 1,050 respectively. The light delivers an intense candela output of 60,000 (high beam) and 8,300 (low beam), all with a nominal LED color temperature of 5000 K, providing crisp, daylight-like visibility.

Overall, the Model 8695 Adaptive 2 is a breakthrough in motorcycle lighting technology. It offers Victory motorcycle riders a purpose-built solution that enhances style, performance, and above all, safety — making every ride clearer, more comfortable, and confidently illuminated.
