The Raze LED bollard light is a high-performance outdoor lighting solution designed to illuminate pathways, building surrounds, and urban spaces with exceptional efficiency and precision. Its patented Flatbeam® grazing optical technology projects a flat and wide light distribution, capable of lighting pathways up to four meters wide while achieving a high utilization factor. This ensures that most of the light emitted is directed onto the path, minimizing wasted flux and optimizing energy efficiency. The wide, continuous illumination provided by Raze allows for longer spacing between bollards, up to eight meters, without sacrificing visual comfort or safety. For applications that require enhanced visual comfort, a specialized “Wide Path Comfort” variant with an internal louvre is also available.
Raze is designed for flexibility and smart control. It can be equipped with motion detection sensors, DALI, or LRT controls, allowing for intelligent dimming or activation and optimizing energy usage during nighttime hours. The bollard head is compatible with multiple mounting interfaces, including installation on three different pole heights or direct wall mounting, offering versatility for diverse architectural and landscape applications.
Constructed with durability and longevity in mind, the housing is made from die-cast aluminium (EN44300), providing excellent corrosion resistance and compatibility with seaside installations. The aluminium housing is powder-coated in a textured finish, available in anthracite grey, light grey, black, or custom RAL colors upon request. The bollard features a partially frosted, UV-stabilized polycarbonate bowl, a polycarbonate motion detection window in anthracite grey, and stainless steel fasteners. The flange plate is welded to the pole for additional strength, and surge protection is available as a 6 kV standard or 10 kV variant. The bollard demonstrates exceptional robustness, resisting impacts of up to 20 joules and supporting loads up to 200 kilograms.
Installation options are versatile and convenient. The bollard is available in three total heights—40, 70, or 90 centimeters—and is flange-mounted using a 200 x 200 mm base plate. The driver is typically located in the head but can be placed inside the pole for easier maintenance. For wall-mounted applications, the bollard head can also be installed flush against vertical surfaces (RAW configuration).
