Bianca is a versatile luminaire series that brings understated elegance and high performance to outdoor lighting. With its visually appealing yet discreet design, Bianca delivers soft, muted illumination, making it a perfect choice for various exterior applications such as parks, building entrances, car parks, pathways, and cycleways. Designed to integrate seamlessly into its surroundings, Bianca is a complete lighting family that includes post, wall, and ceiling-mounted luminaires.
The ceiling version of Bianca features a luminaire housing made from die-cast aluminium and a circular prismatic acrylic glass diffuser, creating an even and pleasant light distribution. Its simple, clean form complements contemporary outdoor architecture while offering durability and ease of maintenance. The diffuser ring utilizes a bayonet mounting system for quick access during servicing. The light is rotationally symmetrical, enhanced by the unique circular prismatic diffuser paired with an inner reflector to optimize light scattering.
Installation of the Bianca ceiling luminaire is flexible, allowing for both surface-mounted and recessed configurations. When surface-mounted with visible cabling, stand-offs are included. For recessed installations, the luminaire is supplied with a recessed box designed for a hole size of Ø370–380 mm and an insert depth of 91 mm. The housing also features dual cable inlets on the upper surface, enabling through-wiring. Inside, a terminal block (5x2.5 mm²) supports secure electrical connections.
Bianca is equipped with an energy-efficient LED module available in either 3000K or 4000K color temperatures, with a minimum color rendering index (CRI) of 80. The LED light source has a lifetime rating of L80 50,000 hours and falls under energy efficiency class E for models with CRI and color temperature 830/840.
The luminaire also includes a programmable driver optimized for outdoor environments. This driver supports advanced lighting functions such as DALI, nightDIM, CLO (Constant Light Output), and various lumen output settings. It offers a long operational lifespan of up to 100,000 hours with a maximum failure rate of 10%. Additionally, a Zhaga socket-equipped version is available upon request for smart lighting integration.
With a projected wind area of 0.03 m² and an impact resistance rating of IK09, Bianca is built for durability and resilience. It weighs 4 kg and is coated to meet the requirements of corrosivity category C3, suitable for urban and industrial atmospheres with moderate levels of pollution. For harsher environments with higher corrosion risk, Bianca can be specially treated to meet higher corrosivity resistance standards, available upon request.
