The FL100-GEN2-MONO is the latest generation of high-performance architectural spot and flood luminaires in GVA's FL product series. Designed for both indoor and outdoor environments, this monochromatic fixture delivers powerful, precise lighting and offers a choice between a High Intensity (HI) version with ultra-narrow 3° beams or a High Output (HO) version for maximum lumen delivery. Leveraging GVA’s award-winning COLOR-STREAM® platform, the FL100-GEN2-MONO supports communication speeds up to 6.25 Mbps—16 times faster than traditional DMX—allowing for smooth dimming transitions, up to 120 Hz refresh rates, and 12-bit dimming resolution with 4,096 micro-steps per color channel. These capabilities ensure flicker-free performance, even for high-speed video recording, and enable seamless color transitions with zero audible noise.
Capable of delivering up to 12,230 lumens through either 60 or 36 discreet high-power LEDs, the FL100-GEN2-MONO is a robust lighting solution for applications such as architectural wall washing, grazing, and focused spotlighting. Thanks to GVA’s INFINITY® technology, up to 39 luminaires can be run in a single continuous circuit, using 100-meter leader and jumper cables with sealed push-lock connectors for power-data through-wiring. The fixture is controlled via a single channel and is compatible with a wide range of control protocols including Art-Net 4, sACN, DMX-512A, DALI 2, and 0-10V, all accessed through GVA’s Power-Data Converter (PDC-G5).
Designed for demanding environments, the FL100-GEN2-MONO features a durable diecast aluminum housing with optically clear tempered glass and an ultra-weatherable AAMA 2604-compliant powder coating. It is IP66 rated for protection against dust, water, and harsh weather conditions, and IK07 rated for impact resistance. The luminaire meets ANSI C136.31-2018 standards for vibration in bridge and overpass applications and is thermally protected for operation in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C (-40°F to 122°F). Its compact footprint—277 mm x 305 mm x 94 mm (10.9 in x 12.0 in x 3.7 in)—and lightweight build at 7 kg (15.4 lbs) allow for versatile installation with adjustable brackets and custom mounting options.
The FL100-GEN2-MONO supports a wide array of optical configurations, offering 16 beam angle options including symmetrical and elliptical distributions. Available in four monochromatic colors and eleven white CCTs from 1800K to 6500K, it includes 90 CRI options for select CCTs (2700K–5000K), ensuring accurate color rendering. Optional glare-control accessories, housing finishes in white, silver, or black (with custom colors available), and configurable lengths and fixture layouts provide designers with the flexibility to meet the most demanding project specifications. With a projected lifetime of L70 B50 at over 115,000 hours (Ta 25°C), the FL100-GEN2-MONO offers exceptional longevity and performance backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
