This independent fixed output DC-String constant voltage LED driver provides reliable and consistent performance for a wide range of LED applications. Compatible with other DC-String components, it delivers a maximum output power of 75 W and achieves efficiency levels of up to 92 percent. The driver is rated for luminaires of both protection class I and protection class II and offers a nominal lifetime of up to 50,000 hours, ensuring long-term operational reliability. Temperature protection is included in compliance with EN 61347-2-13 C5e standards, maintaining safe operation even under elevated thermal conditions.

The housing of the driver is constructed from durable white polycarbonate and is rated IP20 for protection against dust ingress, making it suitable for indoor installations. It incorporates multiple protective functions, including the Intelligent Temperature Guard for overtemperature protection, short-circuit protection, and overload protection. These features safeguard both the driver and the connected LED system from potential faults and ensure consistent performance over time.

The driver operates with a rated supply voltage of 220–240 V and an AC voltage range of 198–264 V, accommodating standard mains frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz. The leakage current at 230 V and full load is less than 0.5 mA, while the typical input current during no-load operation is 51 mA. The in-rush current reaches 50.2 A with a duration of 131 µs, and typical input power during no-load operation is 2.4 W. The driver maintains a high efficiency of 92 percent at full load with a total harmonic distortion of less than 4 percent.

Output performance includes a voltage tolerance range of -1 percent to +8 percent and a low-frequency current ripple below ±1 percent at less than 120 Hz. Maximum cable length for the secondary side should be referenced in the driver’s data sheet. The unit also demonstrates strong resilience to electrical disturbances, with mains surge capability of 1 kV between line and neutral, 2 kV between line/neutral and protective earth, and a surge voltage at the output side against protective earth of less than 0.45 kV. The driver comes with a five-year guarantee, providing long-term reliability and confidence in its performance for LED lighting applications.
