The fixture’s thermal management is further optimized through a unique design that separates the LED light engine and power supply, maintaining high performance in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +60°C. Optimized fin spacing promotes natural airflow and debris shedding, enhancing component lifespan and system reliability.
Offering lumen outputs between 2,000 and 5,000, the JR is tailored for mounting heights between 8 to 12 feet. Secondary optics provide controlled beam profiles that maximize on-target light delivery while reducing fixture quantity requirements by up to 50% compared to competitors. Whether clear or frosted, the impact-resistant polycarbonate or glass lens provides added durability and protects the internal optics. The perimeter band surrounding the light-emitting surfaces provides a full cutoff for zero up-light, improving operator comfort and visual acuity in industrial settings.
The JR is available with either 120–277 VAC or 347 VAC input options and supports 0–10V dimming. In addition to its durability and performance, the JR is designed with field serviceability in mind. All major components—including the LED engine, power supply, and optics—can be replaced in the field by qualified personnel, allowing for cost-effective maintenance over time. This does not apply to the encapsulated JR-EN model, which is sealed permanently for IP68 submersion protection.
