The luminaire is available with multiple reflector and lens options. These include spun aluminum housings with clear acrylic or clear polycarbonate drop lenses, open spun aluminum reflectors, prismatic clear acrylic, clear prismatic polycarbonate, and pearlescent prismatic acrylic. These configurations allow tailored control of light distribution and uplight/downlight balance to suit specific application needs. The reflector and lens assemblies are sealed with continuous closed-cell gaskets to ensure durability and performance. Spun aluminum reflectors receive a high-reflectance gloss white TGIC polyester powder coat finish with a five-stage pre-treatment, achieving 90% reflectance and 1,000-hour salt-spray resistance. Pearlescent prismatic acrylic refractors provide customized uplight and downlight levels while maintaining visual uniformity, and clear prismatic UV-stabilized acrylic or polycarbonate lenses improve contrast control and uniformity. Enclosed versions are available with combinations of spun aluminum or refractor housings with clear prismatic drop lenses.
The EnviroPro low bay incorporates high-brightness LED arrays with CRI options tailored to model size—80 CRI minimum for 12" units and 70 CRI minimum for 16" and 22" units. Electrical input options include 120-277 VAC or 347 VAC at 50/60 Hz. The replaceable constant-current driver provides a high power factor, less than 10% total harmonic distortion, and minimum 85% efficiency. Dimming options include 0-10V control with a 1–100% range for 12" models, including dim-to-dark capabilities, and a 10–100% range for 16" and 22" models without dim-to-dark capability. The 12" dimming protocol supports a maximum source current of 250 μA, while 16" and 22" models allow up to 300 μA.
Housing construction varies by model. The 16" and 22" LED units feature marine-grade die-cast aluminum with convective fins to efficiently transfer heat from the junction to the ambient environment. The 12" unit uses a spun aluminum outer housing with an internal aluminum heatsink. Non-LED versions employ corrosion-resistant spun aluminum with a 0.063" thickness. All housings are coated with a TGIC polyester powder finish following a five-stage pre-treatment and successfully endure a 1,000-hour salt-spray test. Sealed hubs accommodate both pendant and hook-and-loop mounting.
Installation options include tool-free access to the LED light engine and lens assembly. The LOOP HANGER configuration provides a top hub with loop-style hanger and 6-foot power cord, compatible with hook installation hardware supplied separately. Pendant mounting is supported via sealed threaded hubs for ½" diameter rigid pendants on 12" models and ¾" diameter rigid pendants on 16" and 22" models, with pendant components supplied by others. The ambient temperature rating ranges from -40°C to 40°C for 92L and 94L models and -40°C to 25°C for other configurations, with higher limits available upon request.
The EnviroPro low bay is UL listed for wet (enclosed) and dry (open) locations and includes IP65 certification for enclosed versions. These units are NSF2 Splash/Non-Food Zone rated and meet rigorous standards for durability and safety in demanding environments.
