This adaptability makes Cesar Amp a versatile solution for both simple on/off installations and advanced connected lighting schemes.
Constructed to withstand demanding environments, Cesar Amp is rated IK08 for impact resistance and IP65 for ingress protection, ensuring reliable operation in exterior applications. It is also suitable for environments requiring corrosion resistance, meeting C3 classification under ISO 9223:2012. The housing is manufactured from die-cast and extruded aluminium, secured with stainless steel A4 screws, and sealed with silicone gaskets for long-lasting durability. A double powder paint process enhances the fixture’s resistance to environmental wear while delivering a refined finish. The clear toughened glass diffuser ensures consistent light quality and resilience against damage.
Installation has been carefully considered to suit different project needs. The small size mounts with two fixing points, while medium and large models use three oblong fixing points for accurate alignment. Cable management is tailored to size: the small version is supplied with a single cable entry and grommet; medium and large sizes are supplied with a 0.3 m neoprene H05RN-F cable and connector. Specific cable capacity is provided for each version to ensure reliable electrical connection.
From a technical perspective, Cesar Amp incorporates a 3 SDCM COB light engine with ULOR 0 for single emission variants, offering controlled and efficient light output. It is designed to operate reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C. Lifetime performance is rated at 70,000 hours L80 B10 at 25°C or 50,000 hours L80 B10 at 40°C, ensuring long service life and reduced maintenance needs.
