The Encore Profile Pro Color Ellipsoidal is a high-performance lighting fixture designed to deliver superior color rendering and flexible white light control for professional stage, studio, and theatrical applications. At the core of the fixture is a powerful 250W RGBWAL LED engine, which combines red, green, blue, white, amber, and lime LEDs to produce a rich and expansive color gamut with a high CRI rating of over 90. The inclusion of lime LEDs enhances color vibrancy and improves the accuracy of white light, enabling the fixture to achieve tunable color temperatures ranging from a warm 2400K to a crisp 9000K.
This ellipsoidal is engineered for optical precision and performance. It supports a variety of high-definition interchangeable lenses (sold separately) with beam angles of 14°, 19°, 26°, 36°, and 50°, allowing users to tailor the output for any setting. Manual focus and a set of four blade framing shutters offer further control over beam shaping, while the even field of light ensures a professional finish for both front and background lighting.
The Encore Profile Pro Color features a range of onboard effects and control capabilities. It includes a flicker-free electronic strobe and dimming system with multiple dimming curves and dimming modes to suit different production needs. The fixture’s adjustable LED refresh rate (900–1500Hz or up to 25,000Hz) makes it ideal for broadcast and film applications, ensuring smooth output with no visible flicker on camera. A dedicated dynamic white fader allows users to independently dial in precise white color temperatures on demand.
This fixture is also compatible with “B” size metal and HT transparency gobos, making it suitable for image projection and custom branding effects. A gobo holder is included, while gobos are available separately. Connectivity is made easy with locking 5-pin XLR DMX In/Out and locking power connectors. It supports 6 DMX channel modes (2, 4, 6, 13, 14, 16) and RDM for remote configuration and monitoring. A user-friendly 4-button LCD control panel provides intuitive local access to settings and functions.
Built with a durable housing and designed for quiet operation, the Encore Profile Pro Color features an integrated yoke for rigging, quiet fan cooling, and a multi-voltage auto-switching power supply (AC 100-240V, 47/63Hz). It draws a maximum of 250W and supports power linking of up to three fixtures at 120V or eight fixtures at 240V. Compact and lightweight, it measures 26.9 inches in length (with lens), 11.375 inches in width, and 17.7 inches in height, with a total weight of 20 lbs (9.1 kg), making it a versatile and portable solution for professional lighting needs.
