At its core is a 200-watt COB (Chip On Board) LED engine that combines red, green, blue, amber, and lime chips in a 5-in-1 RGBAL configuration. This high-efficiency light source delivers seamless color mixing with smooth fades and rich saturation, as well as a tunable white color temperature ranging from a warm 2300K to a cool 9900K. The inclusion of the lime chip enhances color rendering and boosts the CRI to over 90, ensuring accurate and vivid color output.
The fixture features a wide native 80-degree beam angle, making it ideal for washing large areas with color. For more focused applications, it includes a lens kit with 40-degree and 50-degree options that easily attach to the front of the unit. The COB Cannon LP200STX also offers flicker-free operation, making it suitable for broadcast and film environments, and features a flexible scissor yoke that supports both floor standing and truss mounting. An Omega bracket is included for vertical pendant hanging, and optional barn doors are available to control light spill.
A key innovation in this fixture is the integrated Aria X2 wireless management system, which provides wireless control via the Aria X2 BLE app. This system allows for Over-the-Air firmware updates, DMX addressing, RDM configuration, dimming and refresh rate adjustments, and direct control of color output—all without physical access to the fixture. The unit also supports wired DMX via 5-pin XLR connectors and features locking power input and output sockets, allowing up to three fixtures to be daisy-chained from a single outlet.
On the control side, the COB Cannon LP200STX supports ten DMX channel modes, offers linear color temperature control and built-in presets via DMX, and includes 64 pre-programmed color macros. Electrically, the fixture is auto-sensing and supports an input range of 100V to 240V.
