The QULON LiTouch module is an add-on component that enables individual remote control of luminaires equipped with LiTouch nodes, utilizing wireless radio communication. When installed alongside the QULON-C Central Gateway within an existing lighting cabinet, the module functions as a master controller, managing data exchange with multiple wireless slave modules. Communication between the LiTouch module and the central controller occurs via a robust RS-485 interface, while the wireless connection to slave nodes operates in the 800–950 MHz frequency range, ensuring reliable and responsive control across the lighting network.

The LiTouch module allows precise individual control and power regulation for both LED luminaires with built-in LiTouch nodes and discharge lamps with electronic ballasts. It provides full galvanic isolation on the RS-485 interface, ensuring safe and interference-free operation within the lighting cabinet. Data exchange is conducted over the ISM band frequencies of 868 or 915 MHz, with a maximum output power of 16 dBm, supporting effective communication with multiple slave devices.

Mechanically, the module is compact and suitable for installation on a standard DIN rail within a power cabinet or waterproof enclosure. It measures 72 mm in depth, 105 mm in height, and 75 mm in width, and is protected by an IP20 rating against environmental factors. Electrical connectivity is achieved through 15EDGV terminal blocks, while the module itself is powered via an internal supply compatible with AC mains voltage in the range of 100–270 V at 50/60 Hz. The LiTouch module is built to operate in extreme conditions, with an ambient temperature range from -40 to +70°C, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial and commercial lighting applications.
