Wildlife-Friendly LED Path Light with 3LEDT Certification and Antique Brass Riser for Eco-Conscious Installations

The JS path light is a sophisticated lighting solution engineered for mid-sized landscapes, offering a perfect blend of performance, efficiency, and design. Designed to illuminate larger pathways with reduced energy consumption, the JS fixture stands out as one of the most advanced LED path lights available for modern landscape applications. Its construction combines a machined C360 brass cap and reducer with a spun and extruded C110 copper top and riser, paired with stainless steel hardware to ensure durability and long-lasting aesthetic appeal.

The fixture is available in a range of elegant finishes, including natural or powder-coated copper/brass, as well as antiqued options such as Antique Bronze or Antique Tumbled. Antiqued models are sealed with a clear TGIC powder coat for added protection, while brass accent components remain naturally finished for a classic look. A ¾" copper riser with press-fit brass fittings, inserted under more than 2,000 pounds of pressure, guarantees secure assembly without the need for adhesives or fasteners. The machined brass fitting features ½"-14 NPSM threads, ensuring a robust installation.

At the heart of the JS path light is an integrated Cree® LED module with gold-plated connectors and a conformal coating that enhances corrosion resistance and reliability. A proprietary on-board intelligent driver regulates temperature via firmware control, maximizing LED lifespan, which is rated at 50,000 hours. The LED module is also field-upgradable and replaceable, allowing long-term maintenance flexibility. Multiple output options are available, including 1LED, 3LED, 3LEDT, and ZDC, with a maximum candela output of up to 48 and efficacies ranging from 16 to 22 lumens per watt.

Color temperature adjustment lenses in 2,700K (preinstalled), 3,900K, 4,500K, and 5,200K are included with each fixture, enabling customization to suit varying landscape aesthetics. The optics include a conical reflector that enhances distribution efficiency based on riser height. The frosted polycarbonate lens offers superior resistance to thermal expansion, mechanical stress, and environmental wear.

This fixture operates on an input voltage of 10–15V AC/DC and requires a separately specified remote transformer. Control and dimming are handled via PWM and phase dimming protocols, with compatibility for Luxor® technology. The JS path light can be configured with ZD (Zoning/Dimming) or ZDC (Zoning/Dimming/Color) options, enabling integration into lighting systems with up to 250 zones, dimming in 1% increments, and access to over 30,000 color possibilities with RGBW versions.

Installation is intended for downward lighting only and includes a 12" ABS slotted installation spike for secure mounting. Wiring is provided with an 18 AWG, 3.6-foot lead and a 12" riser. MoistureBlock™ technology in the socket prevents water intrusion, enhancing fixture longevity. The JS is rated for ambient operating temperatures from 0°F to 140°F and carries a 10-year limited warranty.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the JS path light incorporates recycled materials wherever possible without compromising performance. It meets international compliance standards IEC 60598-1 and IEC 60598-2-7 when installed with appropriate mounting accessories. Furthermore, the 3LEDT output option is Wildlife Lighting Certified by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, making it a suitable choice for environmentally sensitive applications.
