Building upon the proven features of the original Visio, the Visio Zip introduces the added convenience of rapid installation through a pre-wired trunking system. With luminous efficacy reaching up to 166.7 luminaire lumens per circuit watt, this system is engineered to deliver exceptional energy efficiency. It also offers four distinct optical distributions—Area Broad, Area Medium, Rack Narrow, and Rack Medium—making it adaptable to a wide variety of industrial and commercial lighting scenarios.
Manufactured from raw galvanised steel, the robust trunking system includes a factory-installed wiring loom with plug-and-socket connections spaced at 1500 mm intervals. This allows for fast, error-free assembly and ensures long-term reliability. The luminaires are designed for click-fit installation using stainless steel springs and can be released with a standard screwdriver. Installation flexibility is further enhanced by support for both surface and suspended mounting configurations.
The Visio Zip is particularly well-suited for general open factory areas, storage spaces, and high-level racking aisles. For advanced control, SmartScan versions incorporate a unique integral sensor capable of presence detection at mounting heights up to 18 meters. The SmartScan wireless technology eliminates the need for control cabling, making it ideal for retrofit projects.
Rated IP20 with an impact resistance of IK07, the Visio Zip is available in nominal lengths of 800 mm and 1400 mm. It delivers a broad range of lumen outputs between 17,460 and 36,150 lumens, with emergency models offering between 970 and 1,090 lumens. Emergency functionality is maintained for up to three hours and uses reliable Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries. The system's LED modules operate with a power range from 101 W to 212 W, while circuit power ranges from 110 W to 217 W.
Additional performance features include a color rendering index (CRI) of 80+, a neutral white color temperature of 4000 K, and a rated lifespan of 100,000 hours (L70/B10), ensuring long-term performance and reduced maintenance.
