The FLC230-TW LED [FP] is a high-performance profile projector designed for precise framing applications, capable of producing polygon-shaped light patterns. Featuring a sophisticated optical system with a combination of spherical and triple flat convex lenses, it delivers sharp and flexible light shaping. Tunable White technology enables dynamic adjustment of color temperature to suit different environments and design requirements.
Engineered for durability and outdoor use, the fixture is housed in a marine-grade, die-cast aluminium alloy body, offering excellent corrosion resistance thanks to its 5CE superior protective coating and PCS polymer-coated stainless steel hardware. The fixture is rated IP66 and IK07, making it both water-resistant and impact-resistant. A silicone CCG® Controlled Compression Gasket ensures long-term environmental sealing, while a safety glass lens provides robust protection for internal components.
The FLC230-TW [FP] includes a factory-installed PMMA LED lens array and an LED circuit board that can be removed for future upgrades. It also integrates an EC electronic converter in a thermally isolated compartment, supporting DALI control for intelligent lighting management. The system operates with a power supply of 220-240V at 50-60 Hz, achieving a power factor greater than 0.9. Optional 1/2 kV or SP10 surge protection is available.
The standard configuration includes three lenses for a beam angle of 20°–38°, with an optional extension to four lenses expanding the beam angle to 39°–47°; this must be specified at the time of ordering. The fixture supports symmetric light distribution for both minimum and maximum aperture angles in its framing projector mode.
